Blend facilitators are teachers who have years of experience in the classroom and still spend time in class working alongside teachers. This makes our model of facilitation highly effective in creating sustained pedagogical change. We value the work teachers do and understand how to support them in meaningful ways that build their confidence, so they can feel successful just like our students.
